Our rates
Our rates start from 0.83% per month, with arrangement fees typically between 2–3% and a 1% exit fee. Loans range from £250k to £5m (up to £10m on exception), with terms from 3 to 24 months. We offer transparent, tailored pricing that reflects each project’s specifics—no hidden fees, just clear, competitive terms.
Standard rates typically range from 10.5% to 12% p.a., with flexible commission options built in – brokers typically receive 1% from the 2% arrangement fee, with the ability to add more. We only charge a £150 KYC fee, with no excessive admin costs or hidden extras.

You’ll also get access to useful tools like our loan calculator and status updates, helping you set clear expectations with your clients. Whether you’re managing one deal or many, the portal gives you the visibility and flexibility to move fast and stay in control.

CrowdProperty funded the development of 10 new build properties, of which three will be set aside for Affordable Housing, comprising of high-quality, traditional houses built using local “Ham” stone.
